How to avoid Sun burn at 45C̊

 

 

Spring is almost to an end and Sun is shining so bright , which can give you more damage than simply a painful sunburn. Skin doctors say that direct exposure to the sunlight causes scaly spots, drying and all above that skin cancer.

But how can you avoid sun? That’s something tricky. Don’t be lazy and adopt the given steps to avoid sunburn:

 

1 – Wear Sunglasses

Skin around the eyes need more hydration than the rest of your face. The first areas to show signs of aging is your eyes. Wearing sunglasses help shield the skin around your eyes from the most dangerous UV rays. T  ry to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF of at least 15.

TIP:Wider length cover more area around your Eyes.

 

2-Moisturize Your Lips

Most of us neglect our thin-skinned lips when we come to the sunlight. Leaving our lips

particularly to the painful sunburn, lip lines are associated with aging. Always apply a lip-protection balm.

 

3-Watch the Clock

Remember the time when UV rays are stronger in between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. There is a tip to test this (Check your shadow if it is short than it’s not the right time to go outside. If you are out during this time try to be under shadow.

 

4- Use a Hat

Choose a 2- to 3-inch brim hat all around the head to cover your face, ears and neck from sunburn. Experts say: “Every 2 inch of brim lowers your skin-cancer by 10%”.

 

5- Use UPF clothing

These types of garments have special coating that helps to absorb UVA rays. Regular clothes shield you too they are made of woven fabrics and are a dark color.

TIP: A dark-blue cotton T-shirt has a UPF of 10, while a white one with 7. Try to avoid using black color in sunlight because black color absorb more heat than others.
